LearnPlatform Release Notes: March 2024 Recap
This month, we released TrustedApps, Workflow, and Application improvements, as well as a new Organization Library feature allowing administrators to create their own tools.
Display of rubric definitions of new TrustEd Apps Accessibility data point
The TrustedApps Accessibility Rubric status is reflected in the TrustEd Apps table for organization admins. Where applicable, users will now see: Accessibility Optimized, Accessibility Advancing, Accessibility Emerging, Accessibility Unknown.
Fun Fact: Canvas is the only product that has a completed rubric!
Workflow Task Reminders
The new Remind button will send a reminder to any reviewer(s) who have overdue tasks in Workflows.
Custom-Created Products (CCP) enhances LearnPlatform by enabling administrators to easily create custom tool listings. This first phase of CCP lets administrators use CCP Wizard to create products directly from Management > Products > Add Product > Create Custom Product.
Only available in beta for admins that hand raise. Talk to the COE CSM for more info!
Improved Provider Experience with Applications
Functional improvements:
- Every invite is its own row in the invites table allowing providers to see exactly which tool it’s for.
- The invited tool is auto-populated in the form.
- Drafts can be deleted.
- Drafts and Submitted tables show the actual tool the application is for.
- Invites in the draft, submitted, or accepted state do NOT appear in the invites tab anymore– Only unstarted invites or ones where the application was denied will appear in the invite list.
- Each tab syncs to the URL. This allows users to use the “back” button, bookmark, or anything else that can be done with URLs, and land directly on the table they want.
