LearnPlatform Release Notes: May 2024 Recap
This month, we have several releases to share. For Partners, we completed pages in the EdCo Partner Portal; added buttons to the Evidence and Integrations pages; added a Create Opportunity page; and made various functionality enhancements. For Education Institutions, we added new functionalities for Administrators including the ability to manually start a Workflow.
Partners
EdCo Partner Portal Landing Page & Profile Completion
Functionality improvements:
- Rebrand the Products page as The EdCo Partner Portal with welcome note visible to all Partner admins.
- Profile completion container to aid partners in identifying opportunities to increase discoverability and of their tools.
- Context setting information container across all pages for point-of-use support.
Enhancements in Product Overview
Functionality Improvements:
- Partners will see an info container that provides information about the value and purpose of the Product Overview Page.
- Partners can request that additional tracking domains be added to their product listing.
Partner Portal Enhancements and New Button on Evidence Page
Functionality Improvements:
- Partners will see an info container that provides information about the value and purpose of the Evidence Page.
- The new Contact Evidence Team button has been moved to the main evidence page, and can be used to increase discoverability, implementation, and efficacy of a product through research from our Evidence as a Service team.
Partner Portal Enhancements and New Button on Integrations Page
Functionality Improvements:
- Partners will see an info container that provides information about the value and purpose of the Integrations Page.
- The new Connect with Canvas Partnerships Team button has been added to the main Integrations page, and can be used to increase discoverability and implementation of a product through LTI development resources from our Partnerships team.
Opportunity Page for Partners
Partners can now see an Opportunity Page where they can take action on product listings including earning badges and responding to educator requests such as the EdCo Marketplace leads or LearnPlatform Provider Applications. Stay tuned as the EdCo Marketplace leads will be one of the first features released once the Learn More feature goes live!
Education Institutions
Administrator Functionalities
Functionality Improvements:
- Administrators can now sort by Custom Date Columns. Users can sort ascending or descending on any custom/system date column when in Management>Products.
- Administrators can rearrange the presentation order of existing resources by clicking and dragging a resource to the desired position from Management>Products.
Manually Start A Workflow
Administrators can now manually start a workflow for any product in the Management Table, giving them complete control over kick-starting vetting and other processes, with less dependency on a request.
Functionality Improvements:
- Administrators will see ACTIVE workflows only in the start workflow module.
- The workflow details page will show “Manually Started” in place of the request.
