What kinds of key criteria can I set to determine if students are in need of attention?
Hi @ctjune - Students in Need of Attention offers multiple criterion to chose from. You can look at students' Course Engagement (Last page view, last participation and discussion post frequency relative to their class) and Course Performance (Current scores, On-time and Missing submissions).

Hi @GergelyTar,
One of the criteria here is "Current course score".
Can we set the value of the current course score to indicate when a student might need attention? Different programs might have different measurements for this. For example a typical undergrad program might set it to < 70 while a medical program might set it to < 85.
