Does anybody have a print version or Excel file, any format that looks nice when printed and isn't 25 pages long, that they are willing to share?
Is it just me who finds it odd that a print version is not available? I realize there is an app, but that's not what I'm going for.
Thank you!

Yeah the schedule leaves something to be desired in the app. I am a bit OCD on having good, clean, readable information, especially when planning trips. I made this document to share with my colleagues to get their input on sessions that they would be valuable to attend. I removed the presenter's names because I want to make sure I am going to something that is important for my team and we are not swayed by just going to see someone I like give their presentation.
Hi @jbreslow !
I can understand where you're coming from here. The usability of the Bizzabo website does allow for you to filter to make the schedule a little less overwhelming, so I think the team went for mass functionality over print ability since most use their virtual calendar or the app as you mentioned.
I ended up just copying and pasting my potential schedule (note, what I found interesting, not everything as I found that too overwhelming) into a word document with the link and time. I've noticed some sessions have changed since I created it, so while its good to be prepared, I would also take it the time slots and places with a grain of salt as the Events Team continues to get times and locations worked out.
Here's what I have for reference.
Thank you Deactivated user That is a huge help and give me something to work with. Much appreciated.
Happy to be of service!

Holy cow! @mjennings Nice Work THAT is an impressive schedule!
and I daresay more along the lines of what @jbreslow may have been looking for! Is that all of the sessions? It looks so pretty! My OCD is so satiated! (and mildly overwhelmed. hahaha) (also, I'm in favor of totally changing the correct answer to yours. Wow!)
Yes that is all of the sessions except for the Keynote & Special Session and any other event. I needed a way to know which building things were in as well as which rooms. I have maps of locations that I am making as well. I'll try and share out my whole packet to help people of like mind.
Wow... I mean seriously... WOW!! This is amazing and yes, please please please share your whole packet when you're finished!!!!!

Just added a new update, as a few of the sessions were swapped around since the last update.
Matthew this is perfect for me -- I was having a really hard time with the online version. Thanks so much for sharing!
That is beautiful work Matt. Thank you!
SO helpful!!
Thanks again Matthew for your Dossier. It was very helpful, especially when the internet was flaky and the App wouldn't load. (hint hint Canvas Event people)
Agreed! The print version saved me more than once!
For anyone that's interested I copied the full text of the email with extra information about the nightly parties and added it here - InstCon Party Propaganda
