Exploring Edutainment in the Canvas Carnival!

Education + Entertainment = Edutainment.
Why is edutainment necessary?
Want to avoid students burning their computer.
To keep focus on what is to be learned.
If you get it right it is magical.
If we use social media right then student will share.
Content is not boring, presenters are.
How do we use Canvas to edutain?
- Give course a human face
- Include videos
- Focus on activities not just teaching stuff
- Have lots of variety
