Hi - I have a student who is not receiving repeated email invitations for her to join our class (we've checked both her inbox and spam folders). I tried removing her from the course and adding her back in, but she's still not received anything. Finally, just in case she already has a Canvas account but forgot about it, I requested a change of password for her from Canvas, but she hasn't received that email, either. Has anyone encountered this problem? If so, suggestions?

Thanks, Kevin - I really appreciate it, but it's no longer necessary as I found a workaround. The student gave me her college login information, which students use, among other things, to access their campus Gmail accounts. I removed her from the class and then signed her into Canvas by clicking the Google button on the Canvas login page and using her college login credentials. (I don't know if she ever had a class in Canvas in the past - she says she doesn't think she has - but this got her into Canvas.) Finally, I added her back into the class, and then from within her Canvas account I accepted the invitation to join our class and she was in. I hope all that made sense!
