Draft Standards Policy
Draft versions of standards posted by a state are not included in the license for that state. If you request access to draft standards, there will be a By-Request fee associated with the request. Any changes made to that document following the initial capture and prior to its adoption will be at an additional By-Request charge. The document will be marked as a draft until fully implemented or made obsolete by the state.
If a state provides notice to Instructure that their draft standards are the standards being used in the classroom, we will collect the document and make it available to Elevate Standards Alignment clients upon request, if their license otherwise includes that state and subject.
