Establishing or Resetting Your Password in Elevate Data Quality
New users and existing users can establish or reset their Elevate Data Quality password using their email address.

Open Scorecard Email
Open Forgot Your Password
Click the Forgot Your Password? link.
Submit User Name
To receive a temporary password by email, type your email address in the User Name field [1].
Then, click the Submit button [2].
Copy Temporary Password
Open an email message from "Elevate Data Quality Authentication Recovery" titled, "Your Elevate Data Quality Password."
Copy the temporary password.
Note: If you cannot find the email in your Inbox, check your Spam and Junk folders.
Change Password
To change your password from the temporary password, paste the temporary password into the Temporary Password field [1].
Type a new password into the New Password field [2].
Type the same new password into the Confirm New Password field [3].
To save the new password, click the Save button [4].
Note: Your new password must satisfy the password requirements outlined on the page [5].
