Every time I read an article and look at the video box (or whatever it is), this error appears. Does anyone know what it means?
Many websites prevent themselves from being embedded within other websites. Typically, you get this error when you visit a link via Modules.
But I didn't visit it through Modules. It was in the Canvas Community (this community) inside an article.

Thanks for providing that screenshot where you're looking at the Guide: How do I view the rubric for my assignment? - Instructure Community - 275. The video embedded on that page is displaying properly for me, and I am able to play it within the browser. You might have some blockers in your browser that are preventing you from seeing that video. You might want to check your browser preferences/settings to see if there is anything that would stop you from viewing that video.
Also, you might try using a different browser to see if you are getting the same results or if you are able to view the video in another browser.
What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?

I get this error on every guide page. I'm currently trying it on my tablet to see if it works.

It appears the video is hosted externally on guidde.com .
Likely your browser is blocking third-party cookies and/or you have opted to reject cookies (usually the option presents itself when you first visit the site). You can try on a different browser (that allows third-party cookies) and accept the cookie policy to see if you can access the video.

When I tried to go to Guidde on my tablet to open the video, it wouldn't work.
Hmm... that might be a browser issue or something on your device that is blocking the Guidde website. Is your device your own or managed by your organisation? Does this happen only on your tablet or on your computer/mobile phone as well?
I have two devices: one that is managed and one that isn’t. I use my managed device more often than my own, which must explain the issue. I also tried using mine, but it just showed a white screen when I opened Guidde.
