How to merge an older Canvas Community Profile with a new

Hello Amazing Community,

For the past 3.5 years I have been teaching in China and sadly could not use Canvas there.  Now that I'm back state-side, and at a new school, I was wondering if there was a way to merge my existing Community profile with my new one?

Thanks in advance for all the support, and it feels so good to be back in the Canvas-sphere. 😄

Hi @DeletedUser,

I don't believe the community here has the functionality to merge user accounts.  On the bright side, the community team can change the authentication on your old account to match your new one if you'd like to continue to use that instead of your new account.  Let me know if you'd like to go in that direction and I can try to facilitate that with the team.

Thanks so much for the swift reply.  I think what you suggest would be great!  I really enjoyed being a part of the Community and I would Love to start off where I ended :-).
