My Community Badges

Yay! I just got a 4 year badge in the Canvas Community.  The only problem is I've been in Community since 2011. It is now 2024. 

Not dire, but who might be able to update my Community Account?  

I want to keep access to all of my articles or comments.

Hi @nsweeten,

From what I can see, your community profile shows a join date of 2018-04-17, and you have the 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 year badges (which is right for that date).  If you had an account earlier than that, was it perhaps associated with a different school/username/email address or something?

Yes,  I have been with Salt Lake Community College, University of Utah, Dixie State University (Now Utah Tech) and a few others.  But Salt Lake Community College for 12 years starting in 2011. Can you help locate my info and merge it?

Hi @nsweeten,

If you email community@instructure.com, they may be able to help with this.  Ideally you'd be able to give them a link to both of your profiles (current and others).  Do you have any idea what your other community username was?
