Is there a way to link the quiz scores students receive from a quiz in Studio to the SIS sync/gradebook? Thank you.

Are you asking about transferring the scores of a Studio video quiz to the Gradebook?  If so, please check out this Guide: How do I post Canvas Studio video quiz results in the Gradebook?.

Within canvas you should see a main bar of icons that include a link to your canvas inbox.  One of those icons will open a link to canvas support options.
