Does anyone know how long media files will be stored on my Canvas Studio account? At our institution we have Studio available, I believe for the next three years, so would any media file I upload be available even beyond the current academic year? Also when copying courses from semester to semester, would I still have access to the media files in my Studio account? I would assume so but a confirmation would be nice.

Hello @sy522 I may be wrong about this but I think they stay as long as that user is still active. Studio files attach to a user and then are just links to those files in a course so nothing is saved in the course so they would stay with you semester to semester. We are on our second year with Studio and I still have all the videos I have saved/made/uploaded since the start.
