Is there any way to prevent students from seeing the correct answers after completing a Canvas Studio Quiz?

Unfortunately, I don't think this is possible in Canvas Studio Quizzes.  I cannot find any settings related to this.  There are these Guides, but I don't think that they will really help to answer your question:
