I can't watch lecture videos on studio but it's only happening on my MacBook. I have a MacBook Pro and have been tried using both Safari and Chrome and Canvas Studio videos are not working on all of them. I can view the videos on my phone through the app but not through the website on my Mac. It just keeps showing "Oops! Something went wrong while loading Studio. Try Again?"

Are you running the latest version of Google Chrome? Sometimes an outdated version of Chrome might cause those issues. You may also want to clear the cache and try accessing the page again.

Looks like clearing my cache worked, thank you so much for the quick response!
This is also happening to me and clearing the catch did not work on my MacBook.
