I understand you need to have your teacher account deleted. This would typically be done by your schools Canvas admins in most cases. You would just need to reach out to them to have the account deleted.
To reset your password, you can try to go the login page for your institution and click the forgot password button. If option this is not available, your school's local IT department can try to reset that for you.
