missing icons on the home screen

hello, is there a way to place all icons on the home screen? Mine isn't showing half of them. When I go in through the Dashboard, and click Microbiology, the system just kinda stays in gray and white. Anyone ever heard of this?

Would you be able to share a screenshot of what you are seeing when you are trying to access your Canvas course(s)?  Is this just happening for one course?  Multiple courses?  Also, are you an instructor or a student?  Looking forward to hearing back from you soon.
