Quiz not showing up even after successful import of course content

My user role is Teacher. I have done the following in order to get a question bank and quiz in canvas:

1. Go to Course Settings
2. Clicked on "Import Course Content"
3. Choose "QTI .zip file"
4. Uploaded the "Canvas_QTI_Package.zip" file
5. After import, look for "Imported Question Bank" in your question banks

After this, I couldn't see any quiz or any question bank. Attaching screen shots for reference.

I have tried to duplicate this as best as I can because I did not already have a QTI file around. With that said, I have:

1. exported a course and its quizzes as a QTI file ( How do I export quiz content from a course? - Instructure Community - 826 )
2. imported the QTI file ( How do I import quizzes from QTI packages? - Instructure Community - 1046 )
3. quizzes were created and visible in the "Quizzes" area
4. question banks were created and visible in the "Manage Question Banks" area

Have you tried any other QTI files? Does the problem still happen?

How was the "Canvas_QTI_Package.zip" file created? Was it an export from another Canvas course?
