I apologize that you're having trouble with your dashboard.
We might need to have you provide some more details on this as I am not quite clear on what the exact issue is....
- Are you unable to locate your course from the dashboard?
- Is the course missing from your all courses list?
- It could be that the course has not been published and made available yet. You should be able to click on the Courses button and select "All courses." to see if the course is published. If the course is not published, this would indicate that the instructor has not made it available to students quite yet. This could be because they are still working on getting it put together.
- If you have access to the course but you are unable to load/download anything, it might be a browser issue. You could try to clear your cache and cookies(MAC) or even try to load it in an incognito/private browser window. Does it load while using a different browser?
- If could also be that the instructor has not put any content in the course. This is rare, but I have seen it a few times.
- If you don't see the course at all on your dashboard, you might want to speak with your schools enrollments office to figure out why you are not enrolled in the course.
lastly, you could always contact Canvas support, or your schools support team to to have them investigate this further.
