Why are my classes not showing up? It says I am not enrolled when I am.

Unfortunately, this is not really a question we can provide an answer to in the global Canvas Community. The members here are other Canvas users from around the world that can answer a lot of questions about Canvas itself, but enrollment processes very widely from school to school and we don't have a way to know what those are at your school. I would recommend reaching our to your school directly to find out about your enrollments.
I apologize we can't give a better answer than this, but since this does address the question, I am going to mark it as the correct answer in case other people have a similar question and find this thread in the future.

Im enrolled and they said my class starts on Oct.10, will it be listed the day before or when

Course availability is not really a function of Canvas itself, but how your school has chosen to set things up on their end. We have no way of knowing what your school policies/procedures are, so you would rally need to reach out to someone at your school (maybe the Canvas team or the Registration department) to find out details like that.
