assignment submissions involving videos

I am trying to turn in my video for my Spanish class, but every time I try, it says an error in the attempt. Is there a way this could be fixed or resolved?

I am sorry to learn about your troubles with uploading your video, @Nickoi . The best place to get help is with your local information technology support center, which can likely be accessed using the Help menu inside your Canvas instance. It would be great if their vigilance extended to the Canvas Question Forum, alas it does not.
