Zoom: Invite Alternate Hosts?

I have just set up recurring zoom meetings for my Arch 102 course. But I'm not finding where to invite my two teaching colleagues as alternate hosts.

I suppose you are referring to the Zoom feature integrated in your Canvas rather than the independent desktop client. If it is the case, click on the scheduled meetings tab, scroll towards to the bottom of the page, it should be listed under Meeting Options as "Alternative Hosts". The invitee must be licensed in the same account as you are.
I will try a control + F to bring up the search box if I did not spot it right away. It is called Alternative Hosts rather than alternate host.
If you still cannot see it, check if your system meets the minimum prerequisites.
