Webex cloud recording option unavailable within Canvas?

Have had a few instructors today comment that the recording to cloud option in Webex meetings within Canvas was greyed out. Anyone else experiencing or has resolved this issue? Thanks in advance! -RL

I took a look at the Cisco Webex tool your most recently viewed course where I was unable to find any recordings listed. I was unable to find any other reports of this issue. Have you tried clearing your cache using this guide?
