I am not able to run your Canvas videos within multiple iPads using multiple browsers (google chrome, safari). Cleared cache. All it does is churn and churn and churn.

If you are having problems accessing specific materials in your course, the best thing to do is contact your instructor, since members of this community do not have any access to your course in Canvas.
If you are logged into Canvas using the Canvas Student app, you may want to try logging into Canvas with Safari. The app does not know how to open some videos and other materials that are embedded and linked from servers outside of Canvas.
