Trying to Add Google Drive to Course-- Error 403 "you don't have access"

Good morning!

I am working with a faculty member who is trying to utilize Google Drive and Google Drive Cloud Assignments in his course. When he attempts to do it, though, he is quickly greeted with a Google Error 403 "you do not have access"

We tried various troubleshooting methods such as signing out of all his signed in Google Accounts in the Chrome browser, using a Guest Sign-in, and clearing cookies and browsing data-- none of which fixed the issue.

Do any members have any experience with this issue or have any ideas why this may be happening?

Thanks for your time, your input is greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for your response @BethCrook . It turns out that he was on a VPN accessing Canvas and that was somehow creating a conflict! I would've never guessed that was the culprit.
