Students type written response to audio stimulus

I've looked through every category of quiz but can't see one which will allow me to upload a short audio file then have the students type in the English translation as a response.  I'm a languages teacher. Any ideas?

@TobyGraham16 - I recommend the essay question type with media uploaded or recorded to the question.  All set?

Similar to what @Jeff_F said, I have worked with sign and foreign language instructors use Canvas Studio (an add-on education video platform that is available from Instructure but your institution might have something else) and essay questions.
