Student media recording submissions

Is there a time limit for student submissions as media recordings? Students sometimes tell me their recordings are impossible to upload and just get lost, and they suspect it's because they are too long, but I cannot anywhere see any info or warning that this is only suitable for short recordings.

Assuming that your students are using the tools available in the RCE (Rich Content Editor) to do a media recording, you and your students may want to refer to the information in the blue box at the top of this Guide:

How do I record media using the Rich Content Editor as a student?

Hi @jeanette_clayto - Has your school enabled Assignment Enhancements? If so, there is a Known Issue that may be impacting your students and their ability to upload recordings from the RCE.
