Peace! Come one, come all. I am fielding all the best practices/suggestions/insights you all have experienced or seen regarding how to get college students from just saying the same ol' bland things on discussion boards.

Rubric suggestions, instruction suggestions, anything helps! 

(Context: College campus that aims to make students more authentic, vulnerable, exploratory and lively on their discussions).
