SQS Event Monitoring - Reassign

I am trying to figure out how to find the Canvas event for when an assignment is Reassigned. I have watch the SQS monitor for 15 minutes to make sure they weren't just delayed. Nothing showed up for that event. Any guidance would be appreciated.
