Restricted Countries

I am VERY aware this page exists https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/Which-countries-are-restricted-from-using-Can... as I have been pointed to it many times so I don't need to be reminded again.

Is there anyway Canvas could host a regularly updated version of this list on their platform rather than having to refer people to the US Department State page every time?

I get a lot of enquiries about this and I feel that potential students/HR find it confusing

Hi @HAMISHADAMS -

Underneath the guide Which countries are restricted from using Canvas?, you should be able to click the Leave Feedback option. This will bring the request to the team who creates and maintains the Canvas LMS documentation. They may be able to also address why they always refer to the US Regulations website.

Hi @KristinL Thank you for your reply - I am aware that this function exists. It's the no-reply thing that I find frustrating. I have people at my institution asking me if this can be resolved and I have no idea if my enquiry to canvas feedback has even been read yet, or just dismissed.
