Respondus "No Issuer Configured"

I am trying to login to Respondus Lockdown browser, but every time I enter my user and password, I get a message stating "unable to login" and "no issuer configured for OpenID connect provider." I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Respondus, restart my computer and double checked my login info. I downloaded Respondus directly from my class' page. I am opening the application directly from my desktop, and I am on a MacBook Pro. The processor is 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, and the version is Sonoma 14.5. I continue to get this message, and I am not sure what to do. Any recommendations are appreciated!

Hi @KristenBlais ,
Are you a student or a teacher?

If you are a student, it would be best to reach out to your teacher or your I.T. administrator to see what's going on. It could likely be a configuration issue. As a fellow user of lockdown browser, I've never had any behavior like this before so it would be best to let your instructor / admin know.

If you are a teacher / admin, I recommend reaching out to Respondus and seeing what's going on. If it is a configure issue or connecting to some sort or provider, it is likely something on their end that would require a fix before you'd be able to start using it.

That's what my recommendation is, and I hope this helps you out! Always feel free to reach back out with any additional questions or concerns.

Best,
Noah
