Re-grading a question not working

Greetings

since last 2 weeks my team and i are having a issue with the re-grading (giving the points to all students in one question)  not working for all students, and also changing the question title from spanish to english in the ones that does work for example "Pregunta 25" changes to "Question 25" after regrading, but the ones that doesnt re-grade stays in spanish for some reason, can you guys help us?

Further troubleshooting might need to be performed to see what is causing this to happen. 

• Are you using New Quizzes? Or Classic quizzes? 
• When you say you are using the regrade feature, are you changing the type of question that the students took? The regrade function is available for Multiple choice, True/false, and Multiple answer types. One thing worth mentioning is that changing the point value for a quiz question also does not trigger a quiz regrade; the student's submitted quiz will show the updated point value in speedgrader, but the current grade won't change in the Gradebook. 

• For your issue with the question in Spanish, are you changing the title hoping that it will update it in Speedgrader? Or is it just actually not updating on the quiz in Edit? I know that in speedgrader, the students original attempt will display with what they saw originally, since it is based on the version of the quiz that they took in Classic quizzes. You might be able to have Canvas support take a look and see what is going on there. Seems like it might be cached or something.

No, im not changing anything, just regrading with the "give the point to everyone" option. here some screenshots

Again, im not changing anything, just regrading the question to give everyone the point of that question.

the thing canvas regrade some students but not ALL students as it should, the ones that DID got the regrade the question title was change from "pregunta x" to "Question x" X being the number of the question, here some screenshots, you can see the change of the title 

hope this clarify the inconvenient we are having now

I would recommend contacting Canvas support in an instance like this so they can look at your Canvas instance and quiz directly to see what is going on.  Most community members are other Canvas users and administrators who can't see your exact course or account details, so we're unable to provide much help in a situation like this.
