Phone number and a country associate with account

Does anyone know how to change a phone number, country , name of organisation and a title associated with the teacher’s account in Canvas that I was asked to do at the registration but by mistake wrote an incomplete phone number? Also, is country asked at the registration for phone country code purpose or the country I am from, or the country where I am located?

Hi @OksanaKozlova,

I came across this unanswered question while doing a community cleanup.

To my knowledge,Canvas does not generally store phone numbers, titles, and related information.  That kind of data is usually stored in a separate "student information system", which would be controlled by your local school/institution.  I would highly encourage you to reach out yo your local school/institution support lines so they can direct you on updating the info, or do it on their own.
