I want to just see a list of my students in my course, not all the user details. It formerly just showed the user list. Now all my courses show the user details. How can I change it to just show the list of users when I click People?

Are you able to post a screenshot (with redactions to protect your student's privacy) so that we help you with what you are currently seeing?  If not, I would recommend that you reach out to either your institution's Canvas team or contact Canvas Support directly.
