Pages Not Visible

I have a teacher whose course is published, but the parents cannot see the content in the canvas parent app. Any suggestions?

When you go to people in the course in question does the parent show as an observer?

Sorry if you've already checked the following, but what does the student have access to? Is the Students can access field and/or the course access settings set to a date which allows access? Can other parents see content? The course may be published but are modules etc published? (If you have privileges you could check this using 'Act as'...)

I believe observers (parents in this case) may also be bound by different term dates than the students are.  It's very possible students are allowed to see courses prior to the term, but observers will not have that option.  The school Canvas team (that may be you?) could adjust term options if this is the case, but it's also possible things up this way intentionally for good reasons.  I just wanted to make sure this potential solution was also documented here.
