Hello!
A teacher here is using OneNote through his Canvas course. It was working fine until a new student was added recently (added in Canvas) and now he is unable to adjust the settings on the collaboration space. This is the error:
"Failed to get sections from section groups. Error Name: ApiError; Error Message: One or more of the document libraries on the user or group's OneDrive contains more than 5,000 OneNote items (notebooks, sections, section groups) and cannot be queried using the API. Please make sure that none of the user or group's document libraries contains more than 5,000 OneNote items. Microsoft support said that it was because there was too much in SharePoint, but looking at the OneDrive and the folder this notebook is in, there isn't very much there at all.
Any advice? Could this have something to do with adding a student?
Thanks!
