LTI menu(Page disabled, won't appear in navigation)

I have added an LTI app to the Canvas system and am using it in the course menu.

However, when I disable the LTI app menu in the course settings under "Navigation," the menu completely disappears, making it inaccessible even to instructors and administrators.

Is there a way to configure the LTI app menu so that only students cannot see it when it's disabled, similar to how other default menus work?(Like Assignment, Modules, etc.)

Hi @SihyunLim,

LTI integrations in course navigation are either enabled or disabled, and that applies to all users who can see the LTI.  Unlike built-in items where teachers can see items that are disabled for students, LTI items disappear for teachers too.  While I agree that some consistency with other areas of Canvas would be nice, I don't feel like this is an area we're going to see Instructure make changes to any time in the near future.
