I upgraded to the new macOS Sequoia Version 15, and now none of my course content loads. I tried clearing web data, ensuring website tracking and hide IP address were unchecked, but nothing worked. My Safari version is 18, which Canvas said it's supported when I checked under requirements. I was given the green check mark and it said browser up to date. Does anyone have any advice?

Hello @rvf5159
My suggestion would be to try downloading a different browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox to see if that fixes your issues. The anti-tracking setting in Safari while well-meaning is often the culprit when it comes to making sure images show up properly and linking out to certain 3rd party tools such as Google Drive. Instructure used to have a notice about this in the community but it seems like it's disappeared. If someone insists that they only wish to use Safari for everything related to Canvas, they would have to disable the cross-site tracking feature of Safari.
Here's the article for how to make sure it is ENABLED: https://support.apple.com/en-is/guide/safari/sfri40732/18.0/mac/15.0 but for Canvas usage you would have to make sure it is DISABLED

On macOS Sequoia Version 15, I was able to use Firefox to access my module material again. However, with the latest macOS Seuqoia Version 15.0.1 and Safari Version 18.0.1 I was able to access my module material again as well.
