Is there a limit to how many students we can have on a course?

We are wanting to have a course oritentation for students on canvas - and are wondering if there is a limit to how many students we can have for a single course. I couldn't find a limit anywhere, but we would have thousands of students in a single course. Is this feasible or would it cause any issues?

While not an official answer, I can anecdotally share that our orientation course has over 10,000 students and there hasn't been any issues with that.

I think if you're just having then view content, there should be no problem.  If you're having them complete any kind of graded activities and actively checking those, the gradebook could get very slow to load in very large-enrolled classes with more than a couple assignments.
