I would like my students to receive a sample solution to their essay assignments immediately after they have completed a test. I have tried the feedback function, but the results only appear after I have graded the exam individually.
Now we also have practice exams, which only help the students to prepare for their exams. However, I do not grade them myself because there is a general sample solution.
Does anyone have any ideas on how the sample solution appears directly after the exam has been handed in automatically?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Thanks for your question, @Stehlex . What I would do is link a content page (with the sample solution) in the module following your essay test. Then edit the module requirements so that a submission to the essay test is required and that the module requirements must be completed in order.
The embedded screenshot shows what this looks like from the student view. It lets them know that they must Submit the Essay Test and then the Sample Solution will become available to them.

Speaking of solutions, I’m going to mark my response as a solution. There can be more than one. I hope our colleagues here in the Community share other options.

Thank you so much @ProfessorBeyrer. That is one great idea and so simple that I didn't even think about it 😄
