Grade from external tool not transferring

My administrator is using the Mcgraw Hill Connect external tool to give out assignments. The grade almost instantly got updated on Canvas with all my previous assignments this year, but my most recent one is still marked missing after finishing the most recent assignment. I know I finished the assignment, because my Mcgraw Hill profile page displays my score, just not Canvas. How can I fix this?

There is a possibility where the External Tool isn't conducting the proper handshake back to the Canvas Gradebook. It sounds like you're a student, you may need to reach out to your instructor to see if they can contact either the Canvas Admin of why this is happening or you may need to reach out to McGraw Hill's Tech Support to fix the broken handshake.
