I'm no tech expert, but the export/import directions DO NOT MATCH what I'm seeing and, thereby, the export/import quiz function...doesn't function. Specifically, the files are NOT EXPORTING AS A ZIP FILE, and therefore cannot be imported. Would be nice if there were someone I could get some help from? Customer service? Anyone? Oh, Ps, the drag and drop doesn't function either. I had to browse, old-school style.
Hi @arthur_maturo_2,
Your screenshots look to me like the contents of a zip file. Perhaps you expanded/extracted the zip file out instead of just saving it and then importing it into another course (if that was your intention)?

Hi @arthur_maturo_2 ,
Building on what @chriscas said, are you on a Mac/Safari? Your browser may be unzipping the files automatically. Other browsers can be set to do this, too.
Are you able to try the process on a different device?
I don't know anything about this blog or blogger, but maybe its advice will be useful:
Hello @arthur_maturo_2
As the others have stated, it does look like you're looking within the full export file. There will often be sub folders depending on the content of your quizzes or course export. Essentially, after you export the quiz you won't need to open it look around once it's on your computer. It will either be an .imscc or .zip file exported and that full file is what is going to be exported back into Canvas. Here is the Canvas guide:

You can import it back as "canvas course export package" or "QTI zip file" usually both will work. Don't select any sub folders, just select the full folder that was exported as this should work. If you need to speak with support to look at the specifics of your quiz, click the help icon in the bottom left of you Canvas:
