My students are completing an Edpuzzle that is linked to Canvas through the integration. They have watched the full video and answered the questions but it is not letting them submit. It still tells them to complete the assignment they have to watch the video. Can I "force submit" the assignment as we can in moderating quizzes?
Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with Edpuzzle. None of the students can submit the assignment? Normally there isn't a way to force a submission with the external tool like this, but you can enter grades for the students manually in the gradebook. Do they have issues with other Edpuzzle assignments? It may be best to contact Edpuzzle directly:
I am also having this issue. It is with every ed puzzle, but not every student. Some can submit just fine, It also will not let them take a second attempt due to Edpuzzle not letting them submit.
