Hello.We have Edpuzzle integrated with Canvas district wide. Teachers did not integrate themselves. Some students are getting an error stating, “oops configuration issue, please contact admin.” We have cleared the cache and browsing history of student. We have tried different browser. No luck. The integration is working for most expect for a small number of students. Has anyone seen this error and what the solution is?
I am also experiencing this issue. Have you been able to resolve it?

No we have not and edpuzzle and canvas have not been very helpful.
Frustrating. I will post here if I figure out the problem, but my guess is it's something out of my control.

Did either of you ever find a resolution to the EdPuzzle "Oops"?
A very few of our students, when trying to access an assignment, get this message:
"Oops! It seems there's some configuration issue with your attempt. Ask your IT Admin for advice. Error: playlist-attempt-not-found."
