The message indicates that the instructor has set the discussion board not to be available to students yet.  Did you have a particular question?

This is a public discussion board for Canvas users from schools all around the world, so we have no access to your course or discussion board settings.  If you have questions about course activities or content, the best person to contact is your instructor.
