When I view the discussion in the past with LMS on Desktop Web browser view I could see everyone's post in the discussion. I guess a recent change has been made and it makes it difficult to view all the discussion because the browser does not acknowledge there is more discussion to scroll down to. So some discussions are missing and cannot even go down all the way on the page to go to the next page in that discussion. Can someone fix this problem on their end?
Because I know I shouldn't have a problem on my end, I've been using LMS for 6 years. This is a new problem.

Here is some information that might help @jn90 :
There are different levels of support that can be purchased by your institution. I do not know what your Institution has purchased, but the image below shows what my district has access to. Use the Help link in your Global Navigation menu and select from the option(s) that are available to you.
Hope this helps!
Hey @jn90!
I am curious to know if your browser is up to date? Also, do you experience the same thing in a different browser or on a different computer?
@ryan_corris The browser receives update frequently, I have no problems with browsing experiences on any websites. I refuse to use other browsers like Chrome based browsers for myriad of reasons, sticking with Firefox based browser. I also have the same issue on a different computer. I am running Linux operating system on different machines.
I really think it has something to do with the html css js coding.
If you are still having this issue, I would suggest creating a support ticket with Canvas so they can identify what might be causing this if it is something behind the scenes. Good luck!
@ryan_corris That's the point I am trying to get to not sure where I can go to submit a support ticket. This platform doesn't make it easy to find a way to contact people who can try to solve this issue. Do you have a link to it?
