Hi there, @Taquan ...
Sorry to read that you are seeing some strangeness on your Canvas Dashboard. Other folks have posted similar issues here in the Community, and here are some suggestions for you to try:
- Make sure that your web browser is up-to-date. You can check this by reviewing the Guide What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?. Also, many Canvas Community users will suggest using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox when navigating around Canvas, so give one of these a try if you haven't already.
- Clear your browser's history/cache files. Once you have done that, shut down your browser, re-start it, and then log back in to Canvas. Hopefully things will be better.
- Contact staff at Rowan University. They may have an Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department for you to talk with someone about the issues you are having with your Canvas courses. I browsed their website, and I found a couple pages for you that might help: Rowan Online Portal | Rowan Online and Support, Technology, and Policies | Rowan Online.
- Contact the Canvas Help Desk staff. They may have some other suggestions for you to try. How do I contact Canvas Support? - Instructure Community
