Course image won't show on Dashboard

Hi, I've tried to troubleshoot this but nothing has worked so far. I upload an image in course details but it won't show in the dashboard view. See attached pictures. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Is this a glitch? Hope someone can help!

The only thing I can think of is that Canvas is a web site, so maybe you need to refresh the page in your web browser?

Hi @EbonyStory most of the times this issue can be resolved by clearing the browser cache. Old browser cache is being pulled up when you click on your dashboard.

Thank you for your help! I refreshed and then cleared my cache, which still didn't work. Then I decided to check the size of my file and it was a little bit bigger than other images that worked in other courses. So I reduced the size and it worked! 

Anyone with this issue should definitely check the size of their image and reduce it to under 8mb!
