Data privacy when using available online file conversion tools (Word Doc to QTI) for Canvas Quizzes

Has anyone used any of the freely available online Word to QTI file conversion tools?

Before using, I just want to be sure that the exam content is not being saved by these tools/programs as exam integrity is already difficult enough to manage these days with the wide variety of generative AI platforms and browser extensions. It would be great if Canvas made one of these available so I could be assured the content in the file being converted is not being used.
