Hi -
An instructor using classic quizzes has more than one student who took a quiz and received a score that is either in conflict with the score in Speedgrader, or is a total that cannot be achieved with amount of each quiz question.
Examples:
Student 1
- 100 questions
- Multiple attempts allowed
- Score to Keep: Highest
- 0.25 points each
Total Score in Speedgrader: 21.99
Total "Score for this attempt out of 25" a the top of the quiz results: 0 out of 25.
For this one: could it be the 21.99 in Speedgrader is a previous attempt?
Student 2:
- 100 questions
- Multiple attempts allowed
- Score to Keep: Highest
- 0.25 points each
Total Score: 24.44

There is one other possibility. I don't want to go there yet, but see if anyone else has an explanation before I bring that possibility up, because it bums me out. 🙂
All advice is welcome!
(I have screen shot below with no student info if that is helpful)
Thx

Hi @JamieL23,
SpeedGrader is always going to display the most recent submission for each student by default, so when "the "highest" option is selected for the grade to keep with multiple submissions, you'll need to review each of the submissions/attempts the student made to find the one where they scored highest. You can do that using the "submission to view" dropdown menu towards the top of the right pane in your screenshot. I can almost guarantee you that one of the submissions will match the score displayed on the right.
Hope this info helps!
